Shipping costs

There are no shipping costs. Every order is sent insured and free of charge.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 4 to 6 weeks. Every piece is made individually and is only crafted once you have ordered it, in your size and metal colour. We confirm the expected delivery date with your order confirmation and let you know as soon as your piece leaves the atelier.

Shipping method

Every piece travels insured and with proof of delivery, packed in a lacquered MIN case with a certificate.

Payment

We accept credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa) and Klarna.

International

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import VAT may apply. These are payable by the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

All pieces are made individually to your specifications. There is no right of withdrawal for made-to-order pieces, so returns and exchanges are not possible. Please check your ring size and metal colour carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, we are happy to help before you order at info@min-fashion.de.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Should a piece be defective, we will provide an insured return label. Full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
